Rigaku Prize for a deserving MOF/COF Poster/Flash Presentation
Rigaku is proud to support MOFschool2025 by presenting the Rigaku Prize for an outstanding MOF/COF Poster/Flash presentation. The recipient will be awarded one full day of beamtime at our state-of-the-art facilities in Neu-Isenburg, Germany, with the choice of using either our dedicated electron diffractometer or our high-end, dual-wavelength rotating anode single-crystal X-ray diffractometer, depending on their research needs. In addition to the instrument time, the winner will also receive full assistance and support from our expert application team to ensure the best possible results. Travel expenses will be the responsibility of the recipient. We look forward to recognizing and supporting outstanding contributions in this field!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FLASH PRESENTATIONS
A PC will be available in the lecture room with the MS Windows operating system. To avoid delays during the two slots dedicated to the flash presentations, we strongly encourage the presenting attendees not to use personal laptops – we hope this will not cause inconveniences (you will have time to charge and check your presentation in the previous days, during the breaks). The presentation should be prepared in MS PowerPoint or PDF format and stored on a USB stick.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ON-SITE POSTERS
On-site posters could have a maximum height of 180 cm and a maximum width of 90 cm.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR IN-REMOTE POSTERS
The poster session will be organized on Bluesky
How to participate:
- Create a personal Bluesky account
- There is no need to make your profile public as Bluesky is an open and public network.
- Only post your poster once and from your personal Bluesky account during the scheduled session.
- Post your poster with its title, the hashtags #MOFschool2025 and #MOFschool2025-Poster and any relevant subject hashtag(s) during the poster sessions on June 17th, 18th 19th between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (Italian time, UTC + 2 hours).
- Ensure that your poster is available for the whole poster session.
- Do not delete nor repost your poster during the poster session.
- Discuss and engage throughout the poster session; make sure to answer the questions from the community, and comment on other posters.
- Block and report spurious comments on your poster.
Poster design guidelines:
- Upload your poster as an image of maximum size 1 MB. JPEG, PNG and GIF formats are compatible with Bluesky.
- Prepare an image specifically for this event. Recommended image dimensions are of 2:1 aspect ratio for landscape, but you can use standard poster dimensions (A4, A0) as long as the content is legible (suggested font size 16 pt for A4 and 60 pt for A0). We recommend testing your poster on Bluesky before the school to make sure you are happy with your image.
